1. Overview

At EMSKILL, we are committed to delivering high-quality online digital marketing employable training. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which fees paid for courses may be refunded.

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Course Enrollment& Payment

All course enrollments are confirmed only after full or partial payment of the course fee. Access to course materials, live sessions, and learning platforms is granted upon successful payment.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Before Course Start

  • Students are eligible for a refund of 70% of the fee paid if cancellation is requested at least 3 days before the course start date.
  • A 30% administrative and processing fee will be deducted.

3.2 After Course Start

  • Once the course has started (live session or LMS access granted), no refunds will be issued.
  • Exceptions may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors.

3.3 Trial / Demo Sessions (if applicable)

  • If a free demo session is offered, students are encouraged to evaluate the course before enrollment. Refunds will not be applicable after full enrollment and the LIVE classes starts .

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after course access is granted
  • Lack of participation or attendance
  • Failure to complete assignments or modules
  • Incompatibility with personal schedule
  • Promotional or discounted enrollments (unless explicitly stated)

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

If a student is charged more than once for the same course due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

7. Course Cancellation by Institute

If the institute cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Students will be eligible for a 100% refund, or
  • Option to transfer enrollment to the next batch.

9. Policy Updates

Emskill Xpert Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be applicable to all new enrollments.
